Larch Beam Standing Seesaw

This colourful standing seesaw is designed for children aged 4 to 12 years, offering a more active balance challenge that encourages coordination, teamwork and confidence. Built from durable larch timber rather than standard treated pine, giving the structure a more robust, premium and long-lasting natural finish. Two substantial 120 mm-diameter timber beams are mounted on a green polyester-coated metal base, with red HDPE standing platforms at each end and an additional oval standing area above the central pivot. Blue metal guard rails border the end platforms, while a yellow curved handrail provides secure support at the centre. The low maintenance pivot shaft with nylon sleeves delivers smooth movement, flower-shaped protective caps cover all nuts and bolts, and two rubber tyres help cushion the seesaw as it returns to ground level.
