The Bike II outdoor exercise bike provides an effective full-body cardiovascular workout by combining a pedalling motion with alternating arm movements. It helps strengthen the thighs, calves, arms and core while supporting cardiovascular fitness and endurance. The supportive seat and backrest feature a polyurethane foam covering, providing greater comfort by reducing the sensation of excessive heat in strong sunlight and extreme cold during frosty conditions.
