Exercise Bike 01

The Bike I outdoor exercise bike provides an effective cardiovascular workout while helping to strengthen the thighs, calves and core. Users exercise from a supported seated position, holding the handles while pressing the footplates in a smooth pedalling motion. The seat and backrest feature a polyurethane foam covering, providing greater comfort by reducing the sensation of excessive heat in strong sunlight and extreme cold during frosty conditions.
